Refund Policy

- 24 houers before checkin time (4pm ) you get a full refund . after 4pm the day before you arrive you will be fully charged. 

Check-in 
If you can not make your checkin until 10pm with us we can not hostyou and we can not refund your reservation. Late checkins are only possible on request and cost 15chf per stared houer. after middnight we can not check you in anymore. 

Belongings 

- we are not responsibel for any belonging . we have lockers to keep your belongings . also in the lockers or anywhere on the property or your travels your self responsibel for any kind of lose or robbery. 
- after checkout time 12pm we will donate the lost and founds to a charity organisation or will be disposed of.

Scooters or Other rentals or Damage on the Building 

- if you lose or breack or any kind of loses we do not cover any insurances ... all insurances are need to be covered from the person who booked or stayed at young backpackers homestay . also includes parked cars or other vehicles. 

Helth or accident 

- We are not responsibel for any Helth problems or accidents. 

Cancelation 

- We are allowed with a confirmed booking to cancel your booking eaven after checkin for not following the rules,missbehavior or wrong booking from your side (as example female dorm are not for male ) without any refund. 
- Overbookings will be refunded in the amount you payed after the cancelation on the booking plattforms. We do not take responsibilitiy to organise or pay you for a other stay.
